You're about to embark on what many divers regard as the most challenging and rewarding course they've ever done. 
 
Five sections, including videos and knowledge reviews, will take you through subjects such as recognising stress in divers, responding to diver emergencies, rescue techniques from the shore and the water and the psychology of rescue.
 
You'll complete 5 knowledge reviews and a final exam before completing your practical sessions which include skills practice and a number of scenarios where you put everything you've learned through your eLearning and skills practice to use.
